The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade Returns Dec. 11!
The world’s most-watched boat parade is back! Enjoy The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade’s 50th anniversary parade on Saturday, December 11. Hosted by Winterfest, a 501(c)4 organization with a mission to produce wholesome, unique, internationally recognized events that enhance Fort Lauderdale’s image and reflect the diversity and culture of South Florida, the organization is best known for its one-of-a-kind parade. Winterfest has a huge base of more than 300 volunteers, sponsors, and supporters, so it’s no wonder the boat parade is the largest one-day live audience event in Florida and the seventh one-day spectator event in the country.
Gates for the parade open at 4 p.m. at Las Olas Intracoastal Promenade Park (80 Las Olas Circle in Fort Lauderdale), and the parade kicks off at 6:30 p.m., traveling east along the New River. Tickets are $25 per adult and $15 per child under the age of 10. The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade is the best show on water, so it’s the perfect way to ring in the holiday spirit!
